Reports to: Chief Engineer
Duties:
Ensure customer requirements on pipes, fittings of other products.
To compute, review and control material requirements.
To coordinate and maintain procedure for initiating and keeping of technical records related to contract designs.
Responsible to ensure that contractual technical specifications and related information is availed to all interested parties.
To collect information on customer complaints and satisfaction by ensuring actions are followed up to conclusion.

Qualifications:
